Does the assistant book appointments on its own?
It sends a request at a time the doctor is free. The appointment is confirmed when the doctor (or someone they allow) approves it, and the patient is told in the same conversation.
Where do patients talk to it?
On your website: as a chat button on the site you already have, or as a page at your own address. Patients do not need an account.
Does Zamil post to social media on its own?
No. It writes and schedules posts; you publish each one from your own browser, where the extension fills in every platform’s post for you to check.
Where do the patient leads come from?
Public pages from the last day that match your city and specialties. Zamil never contacts anyone: you choose whom to answer.
Can I bring my existing patient records?
Yes. You can import your clinic’s records, check them, and only then add them.
What happens when I reach 10 patients?
Everything keeps working and every record stays. To add an 11th patient, subscribe for $19 a month. If you cancel later, you go back to the free plan with all your patients kept.
